In this workshop we had to firstly choose one image out of each of the five categories we had previously researched, mine where :

- Creative use of Type
- Detail
And then for each of these , individually we had to evaluate them on:
- Function
- Design Context
- Tone of Voice
- Message/ Idea/ Concept
- Intended Scale

it has many applications
If there are no considerations for any of these criteria then it can't be graphic design, but you do not need them all to be graphic design.
